With keynote speeches on creating a wellbeing economy and strategies for workforce inclusion of people from diverse ethnic backgrounds, this seminar is designed to spark meaningful change.

Following the keynotes, you’ll get the chance to participate in interactive workshops, where your ideas and inputs will shape the future of Zonta's work.

Cancelation Policy:

Full refund if cancellation takes place before the 28th of February.
50 % refund if cancellation takes place between 1 of March and 31st of March
After 31st of March refund is not possible, but the ticket can be transferred to another person in the waiting list

PROGRAM:

FRIDAY 2nd of May:

1 pm: Visit to the UN City and presentation from UNFPA 0 €

3:30 pm: Walking tour in Copenhagen Center 30 €

7 pm: Opening Ceremony, including a light refreshment 0 €

SATURDAY 3rd of May:

8:30 am - 5 pm: Key-notes & Workshops, included in the registration

6:30 - 9 pm: Seminar dinner 100 €

6:30 - 9 pm: Seminar dinner for Golden-Z participants 50 €

SUNDAY 4th of May:

10 am to 2 pm: Excursions:

Copenhagen, Helsingør and Roskilde 50 € each

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE VISIT TO THE UN CITY:

The visit is limited to 120 participants. When you register, if you do not see the possibility to register to this visit, then it is because it is fully booked.

The event starts at 1 pm, but because we have to pass through security, we need to be at the site nat least one hour before the event. Zontians from the clubs in Denmark will help the participants with transportation from Copenhagen Central Station to the UN City and back. Departure from Copenhagen Central Station will be at 11:30. And you can count on being back at Copenhagen Central Station around 3 pm.

Hotels:

There are multiple hotels in the center of Copenhagen, and you can find them via multiple hotel search platforms.

We recommend you book a hotel in the center, if possible close to Copenhagen Central train station, called Copenhagen H, as we will use this station for pick up to the visit to the UN City, excursions etc.
