Participation in a District conference is important. The purpose of the Conference is to promote the objectives and programs of Zonta International and to conduct the business of the District. At a District Conference every member has a voice, and every club has a vote.

The District conference is our opportunity to:

Meet other Zontians from Denmark, Lithuania, Iceland, and Norway
Get new ideas for our Zonta work from experiences from other clubs
Participate in inspiring workshops
- Core values of Zonta – a good club life in a volunteer organization leads to success
- Orange Days – 16 Days of Activism – inspiring for powerful activities by sharing tools and successes
- How does the future Zontian look like and how do we empower (young) Zontians to work for women’s rights?

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund if cancellation takes place before the 20th of July
50 % refund if cancellation takes place between 21st of July and the 10th of August
After 10th of August refund is not possible.

Price for registration, which covers the Business sessions including materials, coffee breaks and lunches shown below. The reduced registration for the Lithuanian participants is approved because this is the first time a District Conference is held in Lithania.

Youth registration (participants under 35 years of age)	75 €

Dinner with other Zontians, Friday 5^th of September	50 €
Conference dinner, Saturday 6^th of September	100 €

Single standard: 89 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night
Double/TWIN standard: 99 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night
Single executive: 109 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night
Double/TWIN executive: 119 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night.
