Participation in a District conference is important. The purpose of the Conference is to promote the objectives and programs of Zonta International and to conduct the business of the District. At a District Conference every member has a voice, and every club has a vote.
The District conference is our opportunity to:
- Meet other Zontians from Denmark, Lithuania, Iceland, and Norway
- Get new ideas for our Zonta work from experiences from other clubs
- Participate in inspiring workshops
- Core values of Zonta – a good club life in a volunteer organization leads to success
- Orange Days – 16 Days of Activism – inspiring for powerful activities by sharing tools and successes
- How does the future Zontian look like and how do we empower (young) Zontians to work for women’s rights?
- Enjoy the beautiful city of Vilnius and surroundings

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full refund if cancellation takes place before the 20th of July
- 50 % refund if cancellation takes place between 21st of July and the 10th of August
- After 10th of August refund is not possible.

- Single standard: 89 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night
- Double/TWIN standard: 99 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night
- Single executive: 109 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night
- Double/TWIN executive: 119 Eur + additional city tax 2 Eur per person per night.

- 500m distance- approx. 80/85eur per night (for single and double room) - Calvary Hotel
- 700m distance- approx. 80-90eur per night - Ibis Vilnius
